What You’ll Do • Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences • Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team—helping build an all-star lineup • Help execute daily operations, ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas • Step in where needed—front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout—to keep things running strong • Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment • Support promotions, local marketing efforts, and in-store fan engagement   WE’LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK — HERE’S WHAT YOU BRING • You know the game. Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred • Experience counts. High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred • Team-first mindset. Part-Time/Variable Employees - Other Benefits and Compensation  Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals are based on role classification and years of service:  Retirement: Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) retirement plan  Oregon Sick Leave (OSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.  Paid Leave Oregon (PLO): Access to state-mandated paid leave (eligibility requires earning at least $1,000 in the prior year).  Employee Perks: Eligibility for food and beverage discounts per company policy.  Oregon Military Family Leave: Eligible for up to 14 days of unpaid leave per deployment if working an average of 20+ hours per week.
