World Wide Professional Solutions are currently hiring for two distinct roles supporting construction planning and execution to join our growing team in Hillsboro, Oregon for a large-scale Advanced Manufacturing Technology Construction Project.

  • Construction Planner & Coordinator (Senior-Level)
  • Construction Coordinator (Execution / Systems / Tool Install)

These roles work in close partnership but focus on different aspects of the project lifecycle.

Candidates for these positions must demonstrate a proven track record of success in Semiconductor Construction/Tool Installation Project Management skillset, supported by prior hands-on experience. The ideal candidates are self-motivated, technically skilled, highly organized, and able to communicate clearly and effectively while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ā Candidates’ work history should reflect progressively increasing levels of responsibility throughout their career. Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or semiconductor construction experience is preferred.

ROLE 1: CONSTRUCTION PLANNER & COORDINATOR (SENIOR-LEVEL)

Overview

This is a high-impact planning role focused on forward-looking construction strategy, schedule optimization, and constraint management across multiple workstreams. This individual operates at a program level and plays a key role in ensuring execution readiness for critical path activities tied to factory ramp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage risks and constraints impacting construction and tool install schedules with a 6 to 12+ month forward-looking horizon
  • Analyze schedule gaps, float, dependencies, and critical path impacts
  • Drive mitigation strategies across procurement, sequencing, and workforce planning
  • Review and refine 90+ day lookaheads to ensure readiness for execution
  • Align construction, tool install, procurement, and scheduling teams
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership on readiness, risks, and performance trends
  • Improve planning-to-execution handoffs and reduce downstream schedule risk

Ā Required Background

  • Experience in semiconductor construction, tool installation, or advanced manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and constraint management
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders in complex project environments
  • Ability to anticipate issues early and drive alignment across teams

ROLE 2: CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR (TOOL INSTALL / SYSTEMS / EXECUTION)

Overview

This role focuses on day-to-day execution, coordination, and systems support across construction and tool install activities. This individual ensures work is aligned, materials are ready, and field teams are supported for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Tool Install & Field Coordination

  • Coordinate tool installation, hookup, qualification, and turnover activities
  • Monitor daily progress and help resolve field-level constraints in real time
  • Facilitate readiness reviews and coordination meetings

Logistics & Materials Coordination

  • Track equipment deliveries, inventory, and material readiness
  • Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and logistics teams for timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate and auditable inventory records

Project Systems & Workflow Support

  • Support workflow tools such as Power Automate, Workato, Wrike, or similar platforms
  • Track project activities, milestones, and reporting
  • Assist in workflow improvements and automation efforts

Project Coordination

  • Communicate status updates across project teams and stakeholders
  • Support schedule tracking and execution readiness
  • Coordinate across trades, project managers, and vendors

Required Background

  • Experience in construction coordination, tool installation, logistics, or project support
  • Exposure to semiconductor, data center, or advanced manufacturing environments preferred
  • Familiarity with project systems or workflow tools is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Shared Qualifications

  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Working Environment

  • Active construction site within a cleanroom semiconductor facility
  • PPE and cleanroom protocols required
  • May involve standing, walking, lifting, and navigating active job sites
