Inside Sales Associate

NPW is seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this position will be initiative-taking and have the ability to provide exceptional customer service while supplying customers with timely and accurate information regarding accounts, and order status, and responding to customer concerns or complaints.

NPW was founded in 1969 and has grown significantly through the successful completion of 30 acquisitions and organic endeavors.

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.

Engage with customers to assess and fully identify customer needs.

Review customer accounts and make any necessary adjustments.

Provides technical advice, troubleshoots, and finds solutions to the customer's problem.

Processes and enters orders in the system using relevant computer software.

Escalate customer concerns or complaints as needed to the appropriate department.

Additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Minimum of one (1) year of inside sales or customer service experience.

Thorough knowledge of the automotive industry required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must have excellent phone etiquette.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!

Positive and professional attitude.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, speak, and listen.

Must be able to occasionally lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs.
