We are looking for individuals interested in precision mechanical repairs, machine set-up and operation, general purpose test equipment, and many types of mechanical troubleshooting and repair for high speed machining centers, large facilities, and vehicles.Ā

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure moving parts of machinery are properly greased and oiled, by applying proper lubrication per manufacturers recommendations

  • Clean and maintain production machinery

  • Fill production machinery with coolant and verify coolant concentrations

  • Perform daily facility and equipment checks to ensure machinery is running properly

  • Assist with moving and installing equipmentĀ 

  • Utilize work order and pm management system, maintain records of tasks and repairs performed

  • Perform basic pneumatic and plumbing repairs

  • Perform basic building maintenance repairs such as plumbing, painting and changing filters

  • Basic vehicle maintenance on forklifts, trucks and trailersĀ

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Take pride in the work they perform

  • Are detail oriented

  • Own a set of basic hand tools and have experience using these tools

  • Can communicate and work with other members of a maintenance team

  • Have an interest in working with their handsĀ 

  • Effectively problem solve, prioritize, and follow through on assignments and projects

  • Have the ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with the ability to obtain forklift certification

  • Have a record of continued learning and education

Education and Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or GED

  • Drivers License

  • Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus but not required

  • Automotive repair or prior maintenance experience a plus
