Fulfill internal parts requests promptly to support efficient shop operations. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts inquiries professionally. Research part numbers and availability using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems. Process parts orders, invoices, and transactions accurately. Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and inventory control. Coordinate special orders and communicate updates to customers and service staff. Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts is a plus.
