About the Role:
Join Dave's Suburban Disposal Service LLC as a Class B CDL Front Load Garbage Truck Driver and become a vital part of our dedicated team! We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in providing exceptional waste management services to our community in Hillsborough Township, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Class B CDL front load garbage trucks safely and efficiently.
- Collect and transport waste materials from residential and commercial locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements:
- Valid Class B CDL license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience driving front load garbage trucks preferred - minimum 2 years experience.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks maneuvering and moving up to 100 pounds.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts and overtime as needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
