Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays and merchandise arrangements
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Handle gift wrapping, packaging, and special customer requests
- Support store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards
- Requirements:
- Previous retail, customer service, or gift shop experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle basic cash transactions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light merchandise
- Positive, team-player attitude with a passion for helping others
