AIRPORT PARKING ATTENDANT — Hilton Head Island Airport, SC

Full Time/Part Time | $20-30/hr, based on experience

Not a “stand around and watch the lot” job. This role is part customer service, part tech support, part traffic flow, and part problem-solver — for travelers who are usually in a hurry and not always having their best day.

Elite Parking Services of America is hiring a Parking Attendant to keep parking operations running smoothly at Hilton Head Island Airport — helping passengers, keeping the equipment working, and keeping traffic moving safely in and out of the lot.

Schedule: Rotating shifts, including some weekends and holidays, based on flight schedules.

What you’ll do

    •    Keep an eye on gates, ticket machines, payment kiosks, and cameras — catch and report issues before they become bigger problems

    •    Help travelers with entry, exit, payment, and validation issues

    •    Give clear directions on parking, payment, and terminal access

    •    Stay calm and professional with frustrated or rushed passengers

    •    Watch traffic flow and help keep entrances, exits, and walkways safe

    •    Report hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues

    •    Complete shift reports and communicate clearly with your team

What you need

    •    Strong customer service and communication skills

    •    Comfortable with basic tech — tablets, apps, parking equipment

    •    Reliable and punctual — you show up when you’re scheduled

    •    Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in changing weather

    •    Calm under pressure, even with upset or confused customers

    •    Prior airport, parking, hospitality, valet, security, or transportation experience is a plus, not required
