Job Summary


The Enhancement Manager is responsible for managing the overall production of the enhancements work within the branch. 

This individual must ensure projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget according to quality standards of the company. This position reports to the Branch Manager and works closely with the Client Relationship Manager to guarantee complete client satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities

  •  Ensure that all safety policies of company are enforced
  •  Foster a collaborative environment to enhance teamwork and problem-solving 
  •  Interview, hire, supports recruiting, training and development of staff
  •  Oversees the daily workflow of the department
  •  Forecast and manage all labor and equipment needs
  •  Material procurement and delivery sequencing
  •  Coordinate and schedule sub-contractors
  •  Communicate and meet with clients as needed
  •  Manage physical inventory process
  •  Ensure quality control on the product(s) being received and installed 
  •  Responsible to meet project budgets 
  •  Pre-Construction review and close out process with Client Relationship Managers
  •  Manage Aspire and other integrated software systems
  •  Work with Office Administrator and Production team to stay current on Purchase Receipts and Sub Contractor Agreements
  •  Offer estimating support as needed
  •  Conduct performance and compensation reviews in coordination with Human Resources 
  •  Work with Human Resources to address promotions, demotions, corrective actions, terminations, personnel staffing and training needs

Requirements


Required Skills/Abilities

  •  Demonstrates the ability to successfully manage a medium quantity of projects and/or a large project.
  •  Ability to lead and coordinate a high volume and complexity of teams
  •  Excellent leadership and management skills
  •  Excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  •  Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  •  Excellent training skills

Education and Experience

  •  Prior experience in landscape installation required
  •  A minimum of three years of management experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  •  Prolonged periods standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, and pulling.
  •  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  •  Must be physically able to operate power equipment.
  •  Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
  •  Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
