JOB SUMMARY
You will serve on a team whose job is to help Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort engage with all its audiences who visit the General Store. You will contribute to the success of the Resort by ensuring that the General Store customers have a satisfactory shopping experience. By supporting our company’s Noble Purpose, your top priority will be to “care about our guests, and the impact you make on their lives.”
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Attend to customer needs and answer any questions they may have regarding store product.
- Receive customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise.
- Greet, interact, and monitor customers to assist the store in loss prevention.
- Help customers in billing and payment processes at the store counter.
- Communicate information about product availability, nutritional information, and ingredients.
- Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise, and product.
- Help with preparation for displays and end caps.
- Maximize sales potential to meet monthly sales goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong background in customer service.
