What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for guests by answering phones, selling programs, and managing reservations.

• Coordinate with guides, captains, and concierges to ensure every adventure runs smoothly.

• Monitor weather conditions and keep our team and guests informed like a true outdoor expert.

• Resolve customer concerns with a smile and a solution.

• Keep our reservations system in tip-top shape while staying organized and proactive.

• Attend staff meetings and contribute to a fun, supportive, and positive work culture.

Requirements
