This is a hands-on, leadership-in-action role where you’ll help drive the guest experience while keeping our retail operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
What You’ll DoLead the Floor
- Serve as a trusted keyholder—opening and closing the store with confidence and accountabilityÂ
- Step into a leadership role during shifts, supporting team members and elevating the guest experienceÂ
- Deliver exceptional, engaging service that reflects the Outside Brands cultureÂ
Own the Back of House
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiencyÂ
- Maintain organized, clean, and high-functioning stockroomsÂ
- Ensure products are properly ticketed, tagged, and ready for the sales floorÂ
Drive the Experience
- Assist with merchandising and floor replenishment to keep the store fresh, full, and invitingÂ
- Support Lightspeed POS transactions and ensure smooth checkout experiencesÂ
- Help connect guests to products that enhance their time outdoorsÂ
Be a Team Player
- Jump in where needed—retail at Outside is dynamic, and no two days look the sameÂ
- Collaborate with leadership and teammates to keep operations running smoothlyÂ

Requirements
 What We’re Looking For
- Retail experience preferred (keyholder or leadership experience a plus)Â
- Strong organizational skills—you love systems, order, and getting things done rightÂ
- Â Comfortable with physical tasks including receiving shipments, stocking product, and lifting up to 35 lbsÂ
- Confident communicator who can lead a shift and support a teamÂ
- Detail-oriented and dependable—you take ownership and follow throughÂ
- A positive, “all hands on deck” mindsetÂ
