The Preston Health Center at The Cypress of Hilton Head is currently seeking a hospitality-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are actively looking for a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. A Full-Time (FT) position is available offering competitive wages.

Shifts:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 12-hour shifts with a flexible schedule and shift differential pay.
  • FULL-TIME

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a State-approved Registered Nurse (RN) program
  • Currently licensed in SC and must maintain an active license while employed
  • 1-year nursing experience
  • CPR Certificate

Preferred: 1 Year of Senior Living Experience

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to resident call system promptly and courteously. 
  • Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
  • Follow OSHA compliance and safety procedures.
  • Provide resident care as assigned.
  •  Respond to resident calls and provide appropriate nursing interventions. 
  • Dispense medications per physicians’ orders.
  • Accurately record and complete care plan documentation in a timely manner.

Salary: $42.00 per hour with shift differential pay.
