Retail Store Associate [Southern Tide]

Description

This position is responsible for the overall guest experience as it relates to time spent in the Retail Shop. This position is responsible for selling and restocking merchandise.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Accurately operate cash register including all cash and credit transactions
• Keep professional attitude and appearance, striving for complete customer satisfaction
• Maximize every sales opportunity by cross selling profitable products
• Spend 100% of your time on the sales floor ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and being attentive to guest needs
• Ensure inventory levels are adequate and stock merchandise as needed
• Keep stock rooms neat and orderly according to standards
• Maintain continuous inspection of shops for orderliness and neatness
• Loss prevention
• Meet sales goals
• Maintain an even level of performance
• Have working product knowledge
• Other duties as assigned
