Sea Bags, the original maker of one-of-a-kind totes, handbags, and accessories crafted in the USA from recycled sailboat sails, is looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team in our beautiful Hilton Head store.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service while sharing the Sea Bags brand story.
  • Engage customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including sales transactions and merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.


What We’re Looking For

  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for engaging with people.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn and articulate company history and product details.
  • Comfort using a point-of-sale system and iPad.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • A team player with a can-do attitude who’s willing to jump in and support as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.
