Server/Bartender

Charlie’s L’Etoile Verte is seeking a polished, professional Server/Bartender to join our front-of-house team. We are a French-inspired coastal bistro known for fresh local seafood, attentive service, and a warm fine dining atmosphere.

Position Requirements

• Prior fine dining service experience is required.
• Bartending experience and strong wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge are preferred.
• Must be professional, reliable, guest-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• The right candidate should be flexible and available to work a combination of lunch and dinner shifts.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Schedule

Lunch shifts are typically Monday through Friday, and dinner shifts are typically Monday through Saturday. Applicants should have flexible availability for a mix of both lunch and dinner service.
