Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Milkshake Mixologist to join our team! In this role, you’ll craft high-quality, hand-spun milkshakes and specialty desserts while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve milkshakes, sundaes, and other specialty desserts to company standards
Accurately follow recipes while maintaining consistency and presentation quality
Operate and maintain milkshake equipment, blenders, and prep stations
Provide friendly, efficient, and engaging customer service
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked
Handle customer orders, including customizing requests when possible
Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members during high-volume periods

Qualifications:

Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes loud environment
