About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Hilton Head is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Healthcare Aide to join our growing team in beautiful Hilton Head, SC. Responsibilities:

Assist clients that may need help with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with errands as needed
Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in accordance with care plans

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, caregiver, or in a related healthcare setting preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and supporting clients
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality client care
