Description

Maintenance Technician: Full Time Days, some evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities and Functions:

Works under the supervision of the Facilities Director.
Some electrical, plumbing
Snow shoveling, salting
Repairing walls/painting
Empty trash from courtyard, pick up and litter or debris on premises. Pick up recycling
Put away stock on loading deck
Deliver stock to closets
Clean front entrance including leaves or any other debris
Landscaping, trim bushes, mulch gardens
Replace light bulbs
Replace ceiling tiles
Monthly maintenance on equipment in boiler room, kitchen, laundry, beauty shop, generator, bathroom vents, shower drains, heaters and A/C filters, roof drains and fans
Other duties as assigned
Helps with new admissions or room moves/changes
Work hours as scheduled by supervisor

Heavy Lifting more than 50 lbs

Ability to take direction
