VERAIMAA HINESVILLE LLC is looking for an energetic and dependable Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning operations in Hinesville, GA. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily breakfast service operations, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation and presentation
Supervise, motivate, and support breakfast team members to maintain high performance standards
Monitor food quality, portion control, and adherence to health and safety regulations
Manage breakfast buffet or line setup, replenishment, and breakdown
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met throughout the dining and kitchen areas

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a supervisory role preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work early morning shifts reliably and consistently
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Food handler's certification or ServSafe certification is a plus
