Fitness Trainer

We're looking for an enthusiastic Fitness Specialist to join our team - no sales, upselling, or quotas required. Just bring your energy, expertise, and heart for making a difference!

Compensation: range $21-$26 hourly based on previous experience.

How you will make an impact

• Performing fitness assessments which include vital signs.

• Prescribing an appropriate exercise program, including flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training.

• Educating and evaluating members on proper exercise techniques.

• Assisting with coordination and implementation of Wellness programs.

• Maintaining a clean and safe fitness area for members.

• Building strong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging them to be physically active.

What you will need 

• Certified Personal Training (CPT) certificate or College degree in Exercise Science, Health, or related field required

• Minimum of 1 year of fitness instruction experience required

• Current CPR/First Aid certification

• Lifeguard certification preferred, or willingness to obtain

• Experience in senior fitness is a plus
