The Role
We are looking for an action-oriented and decisive Analyst III to join our Accounts Payable team. In this senior role, you will oversee corporate administrative payments and core operational processing. You will be a key resource for troubleshooting complex issues, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing innovative, automated solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily department workflows from invoice receipt to final payment execution.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure all invoices comply with Massachusetts sales and use tax regulations.
- Annual Reporting: Manage year-end 1099 tax reporting and compliance requirements for our vendor network.
- Financial Reporting: Perform critical month-end close reporting, financial analysis, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Process Improvement: Identify system efficiencies and update standard operating policies to optimize workflows.
- Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system errors and resolving vendor escalated queries.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of progressive business, financial, or high-volume accounts payable experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using Oracle Accounts Payable systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel and Access.
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with Massachusetts sales/use tax rules and IRS 1099 compliance regulations.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills, a high level of professional integrity, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Full timeSalary Range: $75,330.00 - $92,070.00The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
