What we need
The Product Consultant supports the execution, coordination, and operational management of healthcare product initiatives across the product lifecycle. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and vendor partners to help drive product assessments, enhancements, implementation activities, and operational readiness.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring product initiatives are executed efficiently through strong project coordination, process management, documentation oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Your Day to Day
Product Lifecycle Support
- Support Product Managers with product assessments, product enhancements, implementation activities, and ongoing product lifecycle initiatives.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business goals, KPIs, operational requirements, and stakeholder requests.
- Coordinate project activities and support execution across cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and track deliverables to support timely execution of product initiatives.
- Maintain project timelines, work plans, RAID logs, and status documentation.
Operational & Project Management Support
- Maintain and update project tracking systems, including JIRA workflows, SharePoint documentation, and operational trackers.
- Support the development and maintenance of standardized templates, workflows, and operational processes.
- Monitor project milestones and escalate risks, delays, or dependencies as appropriate.
- Assist with tracking vendor deliverables, implementation timelines, and contractual commitments.
Â
Sales, Marketing & Client Support
- Support Sales as a trusted partner and serve as subject matter expert for all non-standard account specific requests and respond daily to benefit requests submitted through the Benefit Administration and Renewal System (BARS) to achieve profitable growth and retention.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product-related standard RFP responses.
- Coordinate updates to product collateral, reference guides, playbooks, web content, and educational materials.
- Assist with maintaining product documentation and internal communication resources.
Regulatory & Reporting Support
- Support regulatory filing activities, including Minimum Creditable Coverage documentation and other required healthcare product filings.
- Assist in tracking product performance metrics, KPIs, reporting requests, and operational outcomes.
- Ensure documentation is organized, current, and aligned with compliance requirements.

Team & Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner effectively with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Compliance, and vendor teams to support successful product execution.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative team environment.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare product management, product operations, project coordination, healthcare administration, or related healthcare business functions.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable independently problem solving, while also knowing when to escalate for strategic guidance or to ensure swift resolution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and operational processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare payer products, provider networks, navigation solutions, and consumer engagement strategies preferred.
- Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or other project management or collaboration tools preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across matrixed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred or equivalent business experience.

Full timeSalary Range: $84,240.00 - $102,960.00The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
