Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important part in creating a welcoming and positive experience while keeping the practice running smoothly.

At Premier Endodontic Associates, we take pride in the care we provide to every patient. Our doctors are committed to taking the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure patients feel informed and comfortable with their treatment. As a key member of the team, you will help support that experience from the moment each patient walks through the door.

 

Schedule: Full Time

 

Mondays 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM in Hinsdale or 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Wheaton

Tuesday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

One to two Saturdays per month 


Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of dental front office experience

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
