Schedule:Â Full Time
Shift:Â 40 hours a week; M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm, w/rotational weekends and some pm shifts when needed

The role you’ll contribute:
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, independently or in collaboration with internal/external trades.
- Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements.
- Requisitions materials and supplies, maintaining inventory to ensure availability for maintenance tasks.
- Responds to emergency calls in a timely manner to address urgent maintenance issues.
- Coordinates with vendors and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration and completion of tasks.
- Provides on-the-job skills training to enhance team capabilities and ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Ensures compliance with safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.
- Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned. Â
The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed:
- Associate Required or Technical/Vocational School Required
- Two or more years of Work Experience Required
- Driver's License (DL) Required  Â
