We are seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers / Case Managers to join our middle and high school teams in Hinsdale, NH. These roles focus on supporting students with diverse learning needs through individualized instruction, case management, and collaboration with staff and families.

Available Roles

  • Middle School (Grades 6–7) – Special Education Teacher / Case Manager
  • Middle/High School (Grade 8, Life Skills Program) – Special Education Teacher / Case Manager (Life Skills)
Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction and support in inclusive and specialized settings.
