Work Shift

Wellstar Medical Group is seeking CRNAs and AAs to join our Wellstar Anesthesia inpatient team to support Anesthesia services our facilities within the Wellstar system in metro Atlanta.  Join this collaborative team with a mission to deliver world-class healthcare to every person, every time.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Employed by Wellstar Medical Group
• Anesthesia Care Team Model of 30+ Anesthesiologists and 60+ full time Anesthetists plus some PRN Anesthetists covering 4 sites of service - include the Wellstar Windy Hill, Wellstar Kennestone, Wellstar Paulding and Wellstar Douglas
• Cases include general, L&D, pediatrics, orthopedics, vascular, thoracic, and more. Cardiac and Trauma at Kennestone Hospital only
• Daytime shifts, weekend shifts, back up call available. MD's always onsite.
• Must be comfortable in most types of cases including emergency cesarians and peds
• New grads welcome

Incentive/Benefit package:

• INCREASD Competitive compensation package up to $340k+
• $25,000 Sign-on bonus (for a full-time new grad provider) and $50,000 sign-on bonus (for a fulltime experienced provider)

• W2, Hospital-employed position with no restrictive covenant
• Specialty Skill stipends for Cardiac offered
• Night and weekend diffs added

• Eligible for PTO accrual based on tenure for eligible full-time and part-time team members starting at 37 days including company recognized Holidays and CME.
• Eligible $5,000 CME allowance and $1,000 dues allowance annually if full-time (pro-rated if less than 0.8 FTE)
• Occurrence based medical malpractice coverage paid 100% by Wellstar
• 403b match and 457b deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications:

• Be a graduate of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist program or Anesthesiology Assistant program
• Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Personable and confident while providing exceptional patient care
• ACLS, PALS and BLS
