BI AND ANALYTICS DEVELOPER

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Seeking an experienced BI & Analytics Developer to support the build and operationalization of a scalable Adoption Measurement Infrastructure. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining standardized adoption dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and operating cadences to enable ongoing adoption visibility and data-driven decision-making across priority product initiatives.

MANDATORY SKILLS

Strong Dashboard Development expertise — building, enhancing, and maintaining adoption measurement dashboards
Business Analysis (BA) skills — KPI design, reporting frameworks, and stakeholder communication
Python proficiency for data analysis, automation, and reporting workflows
Experience building and operationalizing measurement and reporting frameworks at enterprise scale
Advanced data quality management and governance capabilities
Ability to establish repeatable weekly and monthly operational reporting cadences
Strong cross-functional communication and program coordination skills

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

Experience supporting adoption reviews and reporting forums
Familiarity with product adoption metrics and product stream reporting
Experience with stakeholder communication and operational readiness planning
