We are looking for a School Network Finance Manager who enjoys providing hands-on business and financial support while helping guide schools toward strong, sustainable operations across the U.S. and Canada. You will support the day-to-day financial management and oversight, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clarity across multiple school communities.
You will own key business processes for assigned schools, advise leadership on financial and operational matters, and collaborate with the broader team to implement improvements and projects.
What You Will Be Doing
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Monitor financial performance and provide clear reporting and variance analysis to school leaders
Support day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and vendor management
Ensure financial practices are consistent, accurate, and aligned with organizational policies
Partner with school leaders to improve financial processes, controls, and operational efficiency
Support audits, financial reviews, and compliance requirements as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems
Drive business and operational projects to improve efficiency and clarity for schools
Proven ability to support financial and operational decision-making in a multi-location or remote environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial information into clear, practical guidance
A service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with school leaders
Strong communication and organization skills, with comfort working independently in a remote environment
High level of accuracy, accountability, and discretion
Experience supporting a network of schools across time zones and with distributed teams

Requirements
Five or more years of experience in business management, finance, accounting in a school setting
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
Experience supporting budgets and financial operations for multiple locations
Experience in independent or private K-12 school's strongly preferred
Must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
