Position Summary...
The Director, Sales Training and Enablement is responsible for developing and delivering the tools, training, content, and resources that empower sales teams to perform at their best. This role bridges strategy and execution by ensuring sellers have what they need—when they need it—to drive results and build stronger customer relationships. - Define and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with business goals and sales prioritiesÂ
- Partner with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and develop targeted enablement solutionsÂ
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs that drive knowledge retention, skill development, and behavior changeÂ
- Establish metrics and frameworks to measure the impact of enablement programs on sales performanceÂ
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of onboarding programs for new hires and role transitionsÂ
- Create and manage ongoing learning programs that build product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement capabilitiesÂ
- Develop certification programs, learning paths, and competency frameworks for sales rolesÂ
- Leverage adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging, effective training experiencesÂ
- Lead the creation and curation of sales content, including pitch decks, playbooks, case studies, and customer-facing materialsÂ
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure sellers have access to accurate, compelling contentÂ
- Build and maintain a centralized content repository and enablement platform for easy access to resourcesÂ
- Develop templates, tools, and job aids that support sellers in key moments of the sales cycleÂ
- Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity for new sellersÂ
- Develop role-specific learning paths and milestones for different sales positions (e.g., Account Executives, Growth Partners)Â
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness through metrics such as ramp time, certification completion, and early performance indicatorsÂ
- Continuously refine onboarding based on feedback, business changes, and performance dataÂ
- Drive adoption of enablement technologies and ensure sellers are trained on how to access and use resourcesÂ
- Evaluate emerging enablement technologies and recommend investments that improve productivity and effectivenessÂ
- Build strong partnerships with sales leaders, product teams, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholdersÂ
- Align enablement programs with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and key business initiativesÂ
- Communicate program plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadershipÂ
- Gather feedback from sellers and leaders to continuously improve enablement offeringsÂ
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales enablement and training teamÂ
- Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and create development opportunities for team membersÂ
- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvementÂ
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging within the team and across the organizationÂ
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, learning & development, or related field; 3+ years in a leadership roleÂ
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN), and the buyer journeyÂ
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for sales organizations, including onboarding and ongoing developmentÂ
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), content management platforms, and enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Lessonly)Â
- Excellent instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principlesÂ
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling materialsÂ
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiencesÂ
- Experience measuring the impact of enablement programs through metrics and data analysisÂ
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferredÂ

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
