About the Team…

Walmart Connect (WMC) is the retail media arm of Walmart and a key driver of the company’s enterprise growth strategy. Operating a multi-billion-dollar advertising business, Walmart Connect helps brands connect with customers through data-driven advertising solutions across digital and in-store experiences.

The Sales People Partner team works directly within the business, partnering closely with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, scale talent, and support business growth. This role plays a critical part in helping the organization build the structure, leadership capability, and workforce strategies needed to meet evolving business demands.

What you'll do...

Partner with senior leaders to execute talent and people strategies aligned with business growth and organizational priorities
Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
Analyze people and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
Support organizational change efforts while ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve team effectiveness, associate engagement, and business performance

What you’ll bring…

Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth, or global business environments
Strong background in human resources strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management
Ability to analyze people and business data to influence workforce and operational decisions
Experience leading talent planning, coaching leaders, and developing high-performing teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
