Medical Sales Representative – Urology (Cryotherapy & MRI Fusion Biopsy)

This is a full-time role for a Surgical Sales Representative at Wasatch Medical Specialties. The ideal candidate will be based within the assigned territory. Travel will be required, including local and overnight travel (~25–50%).
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving adoption and utilization of MRI fusion prostate biopsy platforms and prostate cryoablation solutions, while supporting clinical procedures and building strong partnerships with urology practices, hospitals, and IDNs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive growth in biopsy and cryoablation proceduresÂ
- Identify and close new business opportunities within urology practices, hospitals, and health systemsÂ
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, office staff, and clinical stakeholdersÂ
- Coordinate and drive trial processes, evaluations, and product approvalsÂ
- Deliver compelling product presentations and clinical education tailored to customer needsÂ
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM (HubSpot)Â
- Collaborate with clinical specialists and leadership to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing supportÂ

Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (urology experience strongly preferred)Â
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasÂ
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence clinical stakeholdersÂ
- Comfortable in a procedural environment (OR and office-based cases)Â
- High level of accountability, work ethic, and integrityÂ
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsÂ
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirementsÂ
Preferred Experience
- Urology, surgical, or capital equipment salesÂ
- Experience with biopsy, imaging, or ablation technologies
- Familiarity with hospital systems, IDNs, and navigate private practice dynamicsÂ
- Experience selling or participating in clinical proceduresÂ
