YOUR DAY TO DAY
Our Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! You’ll provide sugaring services in a fast paced, high volume environment while building genuine connections with clients. Our teams are confident multitaskers that combine strong sugaring technique with a few front of house responsibilities to keep the day running smoothly. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.
SUGARISTA RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
- Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
- Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system
- Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
- Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
- Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
- Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
- Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Services require the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
