Caregiver / CNA
$18.00–$20.00+ per hour | Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

We are actively hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care for clients throughout the Northwest suburbs, including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, and Park Ridge.
Please note: This position may be posted in one of the communities we serve, but client assignments are not limited to that location. Caregivers must be willing to travel and work throughout our service area based on client needs, availability, and scheduling.Â

Job Responsibilities
As a caregiver, you will provide personalized support based on each client’s individual needs, including:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and daily routines
- Providing medication reminders
- Following individualized care plans and documenting care provided
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and office staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, CNA, HHA, or facility setting preferred)
- Reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and perform light physical duties
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings
