Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Warehouse Associate to join our team! Located in Hoffman Estates, we are hoping to find someone who possesses experience in all facets of Warehouse Operations. Â An ideal candidate has knowledge in receipt, pick-pack-ship, inventory management, problem-solving, and RF scanning experience. Â This position works closely with the Customer Service and Technician Departments to deliver exceptional customer experience.Â
Essential Duties:
We are looking for a seasoned Warehouse Associate to join our team! Located in Hoffman Estates, we are hoping to find someone who possesses experience in all facets of Warehouse Operations. Â An ideal candidate has knowledge in receipt, pick-pack-ship, inventory management, problem-solving, and RF scanning experience. Â This position works closely with the Customer Service and Technician Departments to deliver exceptional customer experience.Â
Essential Duties:
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
- Organize and clean warehouse space daily
- Receive inbound shipments and repairs
- Abide by all company safety expectations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Process returned merchandise
- Log inventory data electronically
- Work cross-functionally amongst Customer Service and Technician teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience required
- RF Scanning experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required
- Ability to work on your feet for hours at a time required
- Medical/Dental Warehouse experience preferred
