Job Description


Production Control Specialist positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Analyze production and demand data to support weekly purchase order releases and ensure on-time material supply. Maintain and update part and Bill of Materials (BOM) information in the ERP system for accurate planning. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock to maintain stable production flow. Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to track deliveries and resolve material or scheduling issues. Support monthly inventory reconciliation and assist in improving data accuracy between physical and system records.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Consumer Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Education, training, or experience must include:
  • Evaluating quantitative data related to supply, demand, and cost trends
  • Working with consumer behavior and economic conditions and how they influence production and material planning
  • Applying analysis to identify issues and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Working with ERP systems
  • Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
