Job Description


Maintenance Technician positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and part replacements on automated production equipment used for steering, brake, or similar automotive safety systems. Assist in performing preventive maintenance(PM) on production equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic parts. Identify and replace worn mechanical parts such as belts, seals, bearings, or hoses under the direction of senior maintenance staff. Support repair of air or fluid leaks in pneumatic and hydraulic lines on production machines. Assist with installation and maintenance of machine components such as piping, tubing, and fittings. Perform simple wiring connections as instructed. Follow company safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)and proper use of PPE during maintenance work.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
  • Performing preventive maintenance and basic repairs on automated production machines
  • Replacing mechanical parts including belts, seals, bearings, or cylinders
  • Working with pneumatic or hydraulic lines and fittings
  • Following safety procedures including LOTO and PPE usage
  • Reading basic part diagrams or maintenance manuals to support repair tasks
  • Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
