Job Description:Â
Maintenance Technician (Casting Plant) positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Perform preventive, corrective and routine maintenance on casting plant equipment, including molding lines, sand treatment systems, dust collectors, shot blasting machines, and induction furnace systems. Inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects and wear. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure equipment reliability and production continuity. Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to maintenance process improvements.Â
Minimum Requirements:Â
• Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:Â
- Performing maintenance of casting plant equipment and machinesÂ
- Performing maintenance of molding and sand treatment equipmentÂ
- Performing maintenance of dust collection systemsÂ
- Performing maintenance of shot blasting machinesÂ
- Performing maintenance of induction furnace systems, including power supply units, furnace structures, and cooling systemsÂ
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
