Job Description


Quality Supervisor-Casting positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Direct the enforcement of safety practices to accomplish a safe working environment. Ensure customer satisfaction through active promotion of the HL Mando Quality Policy. Assure that the department is following established policies/procedures/work instructions/etc. Assure that all prescribed records and documents are completed and maintained. Meet production and quality Key Performance Indicator targets provided by Management. Accomplish 100% on time delivery to customer through effective planning, prioritizing, and coordinating. Manage Team Member working time and PTO requests in accordance with company policy. Maintain and actively participate in effective communication with all related teams and management regarding Quality/Production information. Provide Leadership to the QC Team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: 
  • Providing technical assistance to manufacturing in troubleshooting processes
  • Working with lab equipment and mechanical testing and supporting production testing requirements
  • Measuring dimensions and specifications of components and products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, profile meters, video microscopes, and hardness testers
  • Reporting with computer applications
  • Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
