Direct Care Specialist 

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare organization offering a full continuum of care, including variety of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma and District of Columbia. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Job Summary

Direct Care Specialist is responsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants of the program. Direct Care Specialist is also responsible for the ongoing monitoring of each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility as well as discharges.


Skills/Requirements:

  • Must be a BHT or have EMT certification.
  • Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview.
  • Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
  • Must be 21 years of age. 
  • Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.
