Pay: This role starts at $20 per hour for entry-level candidates. As you reach key service milestones and are in good standing, you'll be eligible for step-progression pay increases. It's our way of recognizing consistency, commitment, and your contributions as you grow with Avient.

Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Days: Monday thru Friday

What is the job: As a Production Operator at Avient, you'll set up and operate equipment to blend, mix, or transport chemicals that make up our customer products, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency. You'll also be responsible for machine maintenance, quality control, data recording, and supporting the company's vision and principles while adhering to safety and regulatory rules.
