Holdenville General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and professional Radiology Technologist to join our team for weekend coverage. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate healthcare professional who provides high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This position plays a key role in supporting our hospital's mission to deliver exceptional care to our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (including X-rays, CT scans, and other studies as applicable) according to physician orders and departmental protocols.

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.

  • Accurately document and transmit images to the radiologist for interpretation.

  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to support timely diagnosis and treatment.

  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed to support 24/7 radiology services.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

  • Current ARRT certification (R) required.

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

  • Experience in a hospital setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions in a small-hospital environment.
