HVAC/R INSTALLER Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):
- Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

HVAC/R INSTALLER Responsibilities:
- Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems.
- Design and install sheet metal or flex duct systems to ensure proper airflow and ventilation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
- Effectively leads others.
- Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
- Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
- Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
HVAC/R Installer Qualifications:
- 3+years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with specific expertise in refrigeration
- EPA and RMGA certification required
- Must be professional and have the ability to teach and train others
- Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
