Responsible for tool design, automatization projects, and production optimization
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 CAD Design and cost estimation for tooling and machines in close cooperation with the engineering and production team.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to resolve complex technical machines and tool challenges quickly
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for identifying cost saving potential in the production and tooling process and support to execute those.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support engineering team to validate part requirements and make sure the tooling and machines will meet the spring specifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Spring production process development and optimization, in close cooperation with the production team.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Be part of the quality complaint process and support with identifying and executing corrective actions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong understanding of mechanics, materials science, and spring manufacturing processes
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supporting our international subsidiaries, potential on site travel
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Independence, dedication, willingness to collaborate, and ability to work in a team
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Quality and machine rates, costs of tooling and spare parts, downtime and reduction of production scrap
Bachelor鈥檚 degree: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable field
Basic Computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Co-Pilot)
Strong knowledge in CAD tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SAP
Knowledge and Experience in PLC programming (Required) robotic applications (Siemens preferred)
Experience in bending technology or other metal forming processes
Problem solving skills, root cause analysis
Strong analytical and mathematical abilities for testing and data analysis
Strong troubleshooting skills (required)
Electrical background (required)
TRAINING WILL BE REQUIRED IN GERMANY
Travel will be required
