Position Overview 

The primary responsibility for the Logistics Technician supports our operation by managing physical inventory and hardware. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process driven and interested in IT. In addition to managing the inventory, this person is also responsible for shipping, organizing, and managing the deployment center.

 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Receive and manage hardware 
  • Work with manufacturers to schedule any remote or onsite repairs  
  • Organize the physical storage and digital inventory catalogue 
  • Manage shipping logistics to pack and ship hardware to client sites and receive returns 
  • Stage equipment in lab for remote engineers to configure 
  • Create and update process documentations 

Qualifications 

  • A degree in computer science or related field 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc. 
  • Exemplary analytical and problem-solving abilities  
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
