This is a technical quality role focused on catching functional issues early, partnering with production to eliminate root causes, and ensuring that every boat enters final inspection with solid, reliable systems. What You’ll Do Validate all electrical components for full functionality: lighting, breakers, battery systems, electronics, generators, alternators, helm controls, and integrated technologies. Program engines and confirm proper communication with onboard systems. Perform leak tests and verify plumbing, steering, and hydraulic systems meet performance standards. Document defects, communicate findings clearly, and partner with assembly, engineering, and quality to drive permanent corrective actions. Ensure each boat enters final fit‑and‑finish inspection with all systems functioning as QualificationsWhat You Bring Strong electrical or mechanical aptitude; experience in marine, automotive, aviation, or powersports environments is a plus. Technical troubleshooting skills and a root‑cause mindset — you don’t just report issues, you help solve them. High attention to detail and ownership of product quality. Clear, direct communication and the ability to work across multiple teams. A commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.
