Job DetailsJob Location: 001 Holland - Holland, MI 49423Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: 1stPosition Summary: Primary responsibility is performing inspections and tests of product and process to insure conformance to standards. Job Responsibilities: Provides full technical support to production, including customer drawing interpretation, determination of requirements, assistance in evaluating acceptance criteria, material problems, and quality concerns Responds to and resolves abnormalities identified externally via Nonconformity Reports (NCRs) Supports the implementation of new processes including but not exclusive to: verification, initial monitoring, and validation of effectiveness and sustainment Assists the Quality team with the coordination and documentation of problem-solving activities, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions, including but not exclusive to CAPA, A3, and 8D. Provides preliminary analysis of quality data and provides information to demonstrate quality performance trends and identifies areas of risk and prioritize improvement actions Performs and/or participates in periodic quality and process audits Regular and predictable on-site attendance Provide support to repair inspectors, as needed Serve as additional support to the Quality technicians, as needed Benefits: Full-Time No Saturdays Paid time off Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health savings account Life insurance Referral program On-the-job training Tuition reimbursement 401(k) matching Profit sharing QualificationsQualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Experience documenting non-conformances preferred Strong understanding of Quality Assurance Systems and Applications, such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or ISO 13485 Strong computer skills, including relevant Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word). Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with commonly used measurement tools such as calipers, pin gages, etc. Data analysis and process improvement skills.
