Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex industrial and municipal water treatment projects. In this role, you will manage all aspects of assigned projects to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in manufacturing processes and water treatment equipment, along with proven experience managing large, complex projects.

This role primarily supports the Filter Press product line, with opportunities to support additional product lines including Intake Screens, Aeration, and Disinfection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle

  • Manage technical and financial performance of projects ranging from $100K to $5M, driving profitability and margin

  • Lead cross-functional project teams and execution meetings

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

  • Provide regular project status updates to internal and executive stakeholders

  • Manage complex projects involving multiple manufacturing sites and third-party vendors

  • Identify and execute change orders and scope adjustments

  • Support sourcing, contract execution, and project handoff from sales

  • Mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to team development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience)

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing, or engineered-to-order environments

  • Experience managing complex industrial or municipal projects

  • PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong understanding of water treatment principles and equipment

  • Excellent communication skills, including customer-facing and executive-level reporting

  • Strong financial and business acumen, including forecasting and margin management

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office (Project, Excel, Word)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and mentoring capability
