The Role:
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our production operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys optimizing processes, solving manufacturing challenges, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve performance.

What You'll Do:

Project Management

  • Support and lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, action items, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing goals with business needs
  • Provide project updates, identify risks, and recommend mitigation actions

Lean & Process Optimization

  • Apply Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve productivity
  • Participate in and support Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct process reviews and implement data-driven improvements
  • Support standard work development and process documentation

Material Flow Optimization

  • Analyze and improve material flow throughout manufacturing operations
  • Support the design and implementation of efficient material movement systems
  • Partner with production and logistics teams to reduce bottlenecks and improve throughput
  • Track and report KPIs related to efficiency and flow

Quality & Cost Management

  • Support quality control standards and manufacturing best practices
  • Use basic statistical methods to monitor and improve process performance
  • Participate in CAPA activities and ensure compliance with applicable standards
  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities through improved processes and layouts

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new tools, equipment, and manufacturing technologies
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related filed
  • 2 plus years of experience in manufacturing environment
  • Experience with manufacturing process, process improvement, and production support
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency with CAD and manufacturing-related software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Hands-on mindset with desire to learn, grow and contribute.
