We’re looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to take the lead in driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence across our production operations. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned Lean Six Sigma expert who thrives on solving complex challenges, optimizing processes, and leading teams toward operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

Project Management

  • Lead strategic manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and risk assessments to senior leadership.

Lean Six Sigma & Process Optimization

  • Apply your Lean Six Sigma expertise to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
  • Lead Kaizen events, DMAIC projects, and root cause analyses to drive measurable results.
  • Conduct process audits and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Mentor and coach team members in Lean Six Sigma principles.

Material Flow Optimization

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end material flow across manufacturing operations to reduce waste and improve throughput.
  • Design and implement efficient systems for material movement across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with logistics and production teams to minimize bottlenecks and maximize efficiency.
  • Track KPIs to ensure continuous progress toward operational excellence

Quality & Cost Management

  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards.
  • Use statistical methods to monitor and improve product quality.
  • Lead CAPA initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Develop and manage budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities through smarter manufacturing.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and production teams.
  • Set clear performance goals, support professional development, and build a culture of innovation conduct evaluations.
  • Evaluate and integrate new suppliers, technologies, and manufacturing systems.

Continuous Improvement Culture

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Encourage innovation from all levels of the organization.
  • Drive scalability, sustainability, and excellence in everything we do.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in manufacturing process design, technology integration, and process improvement.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus
  • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CAD and manufacturing software.
  • Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • A hands-on approach and passion for mentoring others in continuous improvement.
